Who We Serve

In our Independent Living community, we offer everything you need to live comfortably and safely. Our shared rooms are fully furnished and equipped to create a cozy atmosphere, while all utilities are included — even free Wi-Fi! Convenience is key with on-site washers and dryers, plus the reassurance of 24-hour surveillance. We maintain strict housing policies that foster respect and create a drug and alcohol-free environment, ensuring a harmonious living experience for all residents.

What We Offer

Welcome to Madea's Safe Haven! To ensure a thriving atmosphere for everyone, we require residents to be able to independently manage their daily living needs. This includes personal hygiene, dressing appropriately, preparing meals, and managing medications. You must also be able to maintain cleanliness in shared spaces and arrange your own transportation. If you fulfill these requirements, we’re excited to invite you to our community where independence is celebrated!
